The retreat includes a 5-night stay at the beautiful Finca Monasterio hotel, allowing you to relax and unwind completely with use of the beautiful gardens, pool, sauna and steam room during downtime. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided by the talented chefs at Finca Monasterio and are all based on gut-friendly and non-inflammatory cuisine.
From sunrise to sunset you will practice and improve your Pilates movement under the guidance of Anne, who will help you choose a level suitable for your body and goals. Whether you have never done Pilates before or want to deepen your practice – we will tailor the workouts to your ability and goals. Ashleigh Tobin, our special guest coach, will take you through various mindfulness sessions. We have also a fun day of adventure where we visit the beautiful Tarifa where we will practice Pilates on the stunning beach, 10 km of white sandy beaches, stroll through the historic town, have lunch and enjoy this gorgeous town which sits at the most southern point of mainland Europe.
